Soup it! Sauce it!! Bake it!!!
This is a collection of recipes using one basic recipe to make 3 dishes!
It was inspired by a Dutch mustard soup a year ago!
Some notes so far:
- Dutch Mustard Soup is a great one to start of this theme.
You can have it as a soup, use it as a creamy sauce on steak or fish…. and make it the creamy base in a pasta bake! (Apologies for having no photos/recipe for the pasta yet….)
- Roasted wild mushroom soup.
So, my next soup for this genre is a delicious mushroom soup. Great on its own…and on rice. There wasn’t enough left over for a bake!
