Meringues and Pavlovas, after the fact
…of failed Macs I’ve never made meringues, but with my leftover egg whites from my Mac disaster, I decided to try them, not much to lose.
Macaronimo bars…..not!
Prologue I had it all worked out…. The world’s first Macaronimo bar…..cousin, sibling and friend to the Canadian Nanaimo. I didn’t care much for finding feet….as long as the macarons worked, it would be fine.
