Just yesterday I wrote on twitter that I was poaching orange segments and rhubarb in red wine with thyme. I was amazed that I received comments to say people had never heard of putting herbs with fruit. I adore it! Then you gave us your version. Thank you from Sydney Australia @frombecca x
