How my husband would love this post – peaches are his favorite fruit. I really appreciate the tips on removing the stone; now, if only I can find some decent peaches. Last summer seemed an off-crop season: most of the peaches we purchased, whether from farmers’ markets or the supermarket, seemed mealy and bland. Better luck this year, I hope, so that I can try these recipes!
