I live in Barbados and Ackee Tree is my favourite roti restaurant. First option for lunch any day. The roti is a full meal so I’m not hungry into the evening after I leave work. As its often packed with meat, potato and some kind of vegetable, it’s the same as having it open on a plate.

I’m bookmarking this post so when we go to Barbados we know where to eat. This place sounds amazing. Isn’t it fun to look back and pictures from a recent trip and have all the wonderful memories come flooding back.

We stopped in Barbados in March. Wish I would have known about this place. Sounds delicious.
