For years it was this weird thing I would read about in American books, and I still don't entirely 'get' it, but yours looks good! My #10 would be to chunk it up a little and put it in gyros/kebabs with salad and onions and either a big dollop of hummus or tzatziki! You know, I’ve never eaten meatloaf.
