Im doing a catering course in school, and there is this new task we have to complete.
We have to choose a countryof our choice and I have decided to choose Nigeria. I need to makie a nigerian dessert which consists of high level catering skills.
Do you think I could go with your recipe as a nigerian dessert or you got something btter??

		<description>Oh my goodness, I just saw this and am in complete awe.  I LOVE sweet plantains..I mean REALLY love sweet plantains but usually only prepare them fried and/or in a pinon (plantain-egg-picadillo &#039;cake&#039;).  You have no idea how excited I am to eventually try this, although there&#039;s no way it&#039;ll turn out as gorgeous as yours.  That&#039;s ok, though..as I plan on eating most or all of it myself LOL</description>
