		<description>Thank you for sharing more from your trip.  It looks like a great time-especially for a work trip!  I do have to say I snickered a bit at the ice cream log for dessert--seems like it would kill the medieval feel since ice cream is pretty hard to make and keep frozen without refrigeration.</description>
