		<description>Hi Velva, NO I haven&#039;t eat the chillies yet, they&#039;r still in the pot! I&#039;ll let you know if I try thatt spice sensation as I still have some left over. 

For the cardamoms, I have never used the dry spice even though I have a jar sitting on my shelf. The reason being that once cardamom is ground, it starts to lose its essence and fragrance and so I always keep it whole!</description>

I have always used dried cardamom and have never used whole like you did in your photos.Very nice.</description>
